Abstract
MÉTODO E APARELHO PARA FORMAR UMA PORÇçO COM DIÂMETRO ALTERADO DE UMA PEÇA A SER TRABALHADA Uma pluralidade de seções transversais intermediárias e seus pontos centrais é fornecida para uma pluralidade de porções alvo processadas, a partir de uma porção não-processada de uma peça a ser trabalhada, até uma porção alvo final processada. Através do ajuste de uma posição relativa entre cada seção transversal intermediária da peça a ser trabalhada W e os rolos 11, 12 girando em torno da peça a ser trabalhada entre as seções transversais intermediárias adjacentes, ajuste de um diâmetro de rotação do rolo e um ângulo de seu plano de rotação, casamento do ponto central, diâmetro e ângulo inclinado do plano de rotação dentro de uma posição de rotação do rolo, com o ponto central, diâmetro e ângulo inclinado de cada seção transversal intermediária da peça a ser trabalhada, e acionamento do rolo e da peça a ser trabalhada, um com relação ao outro, com a parte da superfície periférica externa do rolo estando sempre em contato com uma superfície periférica externa da peça a ser trabalhada, um processo de revolvimento é executado para alterar o diâmetro da porção a ser processada da peça a ser trabalhada.
