Abstract

IDENTIFICAçãO DE MARCADORES MOLECULARES DE DIAGNóSTICO PARA ENDOMETRIOSE EM LINFóCITOS DO SANGUE. A invenção compreende um método para identificar e prever a pré-disposição à endometriose em sujeitos fêmeas compreendendo a determinação do nível de expressão gêníca de pelo menos um gene ou proteína ou peptídeo diferencialmente expresso de leucócitos do sangue periférico em uma amostra de leucócitos de sangue periférico ou sangue periférico em um sujeito para fornecer um primeiro valor, determinando o nível da expressão gênica de pelo menos um gene ou proteína ou peptideo diferencialmente expresso dos citados leucócitos em um controle ou referência padrão para fornecer um segundo valor, e compara se existe uma diferença entre o primeiro e o segundo valor.
