Abstract
SISTEMA DE MOTORES HIDRÁULICOS EM GUINDASTES DE MANUSEIO DE CONTÊINERES. A invenção se refere a motores hidráulicos para atuar e controlar um sistema anti-oscilação em guindastes de manuseio de contêineres. Guindastes de manuseio de contêineres apresentam o seguinte problema, a saber, quando o carro se move os cabos que suportam o travessão de carga oscilam longitudinalmente em relação ao movimento mencionado anteriormente. Os sistemas atualmente usados para reduzir o referido movimento de oscilação são inconvenientes porque (i) compreendem numerosos elementos de transmissao de potencia, dessa forma gerando problemas de manutenção e (ii) as duas principais funções dos mesmos são executadas separadamente, isto é, transmissão de movimento e redução de oscilação. Os problemas mencionados anteriormente podem ser resolvidos com um sistema de acionamento independente autônomo usando motores hidráulicos, dessa forma, tornando o conjunto de acionamento de transmissão de potência simples, robusto, confiável e fácil de manter. Além disso, os motores executam as funções principais simultaneamente, isto é, produzindo o movimento e reduzindo as oscilações. De acordo com a invenção, dispositivos limitadores de pressão são usados para amortecer os pontos de pressão aplicados ao motor durante o movimento de oscilação. O sistema equilibra a pressão sobre os motores e, desta maneira, desvia o movimento de oscilação.
