MéTODO E APARELHO PARA ESTABELECIMENTO DE ENLACE ASCENDENTE EM COMUNICAçõES CELULARES SEM FIO, E, SISTEMA DE COMUNICAçõES. A presente invenção se refere a comunicações sem fio. Mais especificamente se refere a comunicações de dados por pacotes sem fio. Particularmente, se refere à redução de latência distinguindo o início de conexão de conexões comutadas por circuito e comutadas por pacote, respectivamente.
