Abstract

MéTODO PARA FABRICAR UM PNEU PARA RODAS DE VEìCULO, E, APARELHO PARA A DEPOSìçãO DE NO MìNIMO UM ELEMENTO DE REFORçO SOBRE UM SUPORTE DE CONFORMAçãO. A invenção é relativa a um método para fabricar um pneu para rodas de veículo, que compreende as etapas de construir uma estrutura de carcaça, que compreende, no mínimo, uma lona de carcaça associada com estruturas de ancoragem anelares sobre um suporte de conformação (3), construir uma estrutura de cinta em uma posição radialmente externa em relação à dita estrutura de carcaça, e construir uma banda de rodagem em uma posição radialmente externa em relação à dita estrutura de cinta, no qual dita no mínimo uma lona de carcaça, ditas estruturas de ancoragem anelares e dita estrutura de cinta compreendem, cada uma, no mínimo, um elemento de reforço (5) depositado em uma posição radialmente externa em relação à dito suporte de conformação (3). De acordo com a invenção, a deposição de dito no mínimo um elemento de reforço (5) compreende as etapas de ajustar um primeiro trajeto de deposição de dito no mínimo um elemento de reforço (5) sobre dito suporte de conformação (3) com base em um perfil de deposição teórico, que detecta os desvios entre um perfil de deposição real e dito perfil teórico ao longo de dito primeiro trajeto de deposição, definir com base em ditos desvios um trajeto de deposição real de dito no mínimo um elemento de reforço (5) sobre dito suporte de conformação (3) e depositar dito no mínimo um elemento de reforço (5) sobre dito suporte de conformação (3) ao longo de dito trajeto real de deposição.
