Abstract

UNIDADE DE EVAPORADOR DE CONDICIONADOR DE AR. é provida uma unidade de evaporador que tem um soprador e uma serpentina do evaporador, com um reservatório de dreno de condensado que é assim estruturado e localizado de maneira a permitir a coleta de condensado que se forma na serpentina do evaporador quando a unidade é colocada tanto na orientação vertical quanto horizontal. Um elemento de drenagem estabelece comunicação fluídica do reservatório de dreno com a tubulação para conduzir o fluxo de condensado a partir da unidade. O alojamento da unidade tem aberturas na parede de extremidade inferior e uma parede traseira tal que a tubulação possa passar seletivamente pela abertura apropriada de forma a acomodar a respectiva orientação horizontal ou vertical. Em instalações onde a gravidade não é suficiente para prover a drenagem necessária, é provida uma bomba no arranjo de tubulação. Um reservatório e um sensor associado são providos para ativar e desativar a bomba de uma maneira seletiva.
