MéTODO PARA DETECTAR ADENOMA COLORRETAL E/OU CARCINOMA COLORRETAL, MéTODO PARA DISCRIMINAR ENTRE ADENOMA COLORRETAL E CARCINOMA COLORRETAL OU ESTADOS ADICIONAIS DE TUMOR, MéTODO PARA MONITORAR DESENVOLVIMENTO E/OU CURSO E/OU TRATAMENTO DE ADENOMA COLORRETAL E/OU CARCINOMA COLORRETAL E/OU A DISCRIMINAçãO ENTRE DIFERENTES ESTáGIOS DE TUMOR, USO DE FRAGMENTO DE ENDOPLASMINA, SISTEMA DE TESTE, ARRANJO, MéTODO PARA DETERMINAR SE UM COMPOSTO é EFICAZ NO TRATAMENTO DE ADENOMA COLORRETAL E/OU CARCINOMA COLORRETAL E/OU ESTáGIOS ESPECìFICOS DE TUMOR. A presente inven;ão é dirigida a um método para detectar adenoma colorretal e/ou carcinoma colorretal compreendendo as etapas de: a) fornecer um material de amostra isolado que foi tirado de um indivíduD, b) determinar o nível de um fragmento de endoplasmina ou um derivado do mesmo no material de amostra isolado, c) comparar o nível determinado de um fragmento de endoplasmina ou um derivado do mesmo com um ou mais valores de referência. A presente invenção é dirigida adicionalmente a um método para discriminar entre adenoma colorretal e carcinona colorretal bem como a um método para monitorar o desenvolvimento e/ou curso de adenoma colorretal e/ou carcinoma colorretal e/ou tratamento de adenoma colorretal e/ou carcinoma colorretal. Além disso, a presente invenção é dirigida a um sistema de teste e um arranjo para uso nesses métodos. Ajicionalmente, a invenção é dirigida ao uso de um fragmento de endoplasmina como biomarcador para detecção de adenoma c:olorretal e/ou carcinoma colorretal em um individuo. Além dThso, a presente invenção é dirigida a um método para determinar a eficácia de um composto no tratamento de adenoma colorretal e/ou carcinoma colorretal.
