Abstract
JUNTA ESFéRICA UNIVERSAL DE VELOCIDADE CONSTANTE. Junta rotativa de velocidade constante de esfera e soquete, na forma de uma junta fixa, compreendendo: uma parte junta externa 3 com trilhas de esferas externas 4, que são projetadas de modo que sejam livres de cortes inferiores axiais; uma parte junta interna 5 com trilhas de esferas internas 6, que são projetadas de modo que sejam livres de cortes inferiores axiais; esferas transmissoras de torque /, que são orientadas em pares de trilhas, cada um deles formado de uma trilha de esfera externa e uma interna 4, 6, e os pontos centrais das esferas Z, que se mantêm em um diâmetro de passo PCD em torno de um ponto central da junta M e que têm um diâmetro de esfera D; uma armação de esferas 8 com aberturas da armação distribuídas circunferencialmente 9, nas quais as esferas 7 são acomodadas e são mantidas em um plano central comum E; em que a razão entre do diâmetro do passo PCD e o diâmetro da esfera D é entre 2,96 e 3,08 (2,96 < PCD/D < 3,08).
