Abstract
MéTODO E APARELHO PARA VULCANIZAR PNEUS PNEUMáTICOS. Um pneu encerrado em um molde de vulcanização (3) é suprido de calor para provocar vulcanização do mesmo. Por meio de sondas de detecção térmica (14, 15, 18) introduzidas no pneu (2), monitoramento do grau de reticulação alcançado em no mínimo uma primeira de região de detecção (1 4a) e uma segunda região de detecção (1 5a) colocadas dentro do pneu (2) é realizado. Fornecimento de calor é interrompido na ocorrência das seguintes condições: (i) o grau de reticulação medido em no mínimo uma de ditas regiões de detecção (14a, 15a) alcança um primeiro valor de referência mais elevado do que 90% de toda a reticulação; (ii) o grau de reticulação medido em cada região de detecção (14a, 1 5a) superou um segundo valor de referência pré-estabelecido que não excede aproximadamente 50% de toda a reticulação.
