Abstract

DISPOSITIVO PARA FIXAçãO óSSEA COM PELO MENOS UM FURO PASSANTE PARA RECEPçãO DE UM MEIO DE FIXAçãO OSSEA. Trata-se de um dispositivo para fixação óssea com pelo menos um furo passante (5) para recepção de um meio de fixação óssea, caracterizado pelo fato de que: A) o furo passante (5) compreende uma primeira abertura passante (8) e uma segunda abertura passante (9) para inserção do meio de fixação óssea, em que a referida segunda abertura passante (9) tem tamanho menor do que a primeira abertura passante (8); B) a região entre as duas aberturas passantes (8;9) é configurada como um elemento resiliente (7), que pode ser pressionado externamente na direção da segunda abertura passante (9) quando vista do interior da primeira abertura passante (8), por meio do que a primeira abertura passante (8) pode ter seu tamanho aumentado e a segunda abertura passante (9) pode ter seu tamanho reduzido; C) a periferia da primeira abertura passante (8) compreende pelo menos dois arcos circulares B1 e B2 com os respectivos raios R1 e R2 e com os respectivos centros Z1 e Z2 localizados a uma distância X > O estendendo-se transversalmente ao elemento resiliente (7), em que a razão R1 : R2 está na faixa de 0,5 a 2,0.
