Abstract

UM PAINEL DE ACABAMENTO PARA O INTERIOR DE UM VEìCULO A MOTOR E UM PROCESSO DE MANUFATURAçãO PARA UM TAL PAINEL DE ACABAMENTO. A presente invenção se refere a um painel de acabamento (100, 200) para o interior da cabine de um veículo a motor, o painel de acabamento possuindo uma primeira (A) e uma segunda (B) direção principal de extensão, e compreendendo uma primeira parte (110) e uma segunda parte (120), com a segunda parte (120) sendo significativamente menos rígida do que a primeira parte (110) em uma direção que é essencialmente perpendicular em direção de pelo menos uma de referidas direções de extensão. O painel de acabamento (100, 200) compreende um suporte continuo (230) feito de um primeiro material com uma determinada primeira rigidez, e a primeira parte (110) é obtida por permitir o material de suporte ser exposto e visível, e a segunda parte (120) é obtida por intermédio de um segundo material (210) com uma segunda rigidez revestindo uma parte do suporte (230) . Existe um terceiro material (220) com uma terceira rigidez disposto entre o primeiro material (230) e o segundo material (210). A presente invenção também se refere a um processo para manufaturação de um painel de acabamento (200, 700) para o interior de um veículo a motor.
