Abstract

MéTODO PARA DETECçãO DE VAZAMENTO DE CILINDRO DE EMBREAGEM. A presente invenção se refere a um método para sensoriamento de vazamento em um sistema de cilindro de embreagem (110) em um veículo compreendendo uma transmissão manual automatizada, em que o sistema de cilindro de embreagem compreende um cilindro de embreagem (110) proporcionado com um pistão permutável (115), cuja posição é sensoriada por um sensor de posição (140) e afetada por pressurização de referido cilindro (110) por abertura ou fechamento de pelo menos uma válvula de entrada de ar (V1; V2) e por abertura ou fechamento de pelo menos uma válvula de saída de ar (V3; V4) e em que a embreagem está em uma posição engatada quando não existe pressão de ar em referido cilindro de embreagem (110). Em concordância com a presente invenção, o referido método está caracterizado pelo fato de que compreende as etapas de: a. fechamento de referida pelo menos uma válvula de entrada (V1; V2) e de pelo menos uma válvula de saída (V3; V4) para ar comprimido; b. sensoriamento de uma posição de referido pistão permutável (115) durante um pequeno intervalo de tempo pré-determinado; e o. se a posição tiver mudado mais do que uma mudança de posição permissível pré-determinada, envio de um sinal de erro para um sistema de diagnóstico embarcado ou para uma luz de sinal no veículo.
