Abstract
PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE PAINéIS DE COMPOSTO COM MEMBRO DE ENRIJECIMENTO EM FORMA DE U. A invenção refere-se a um processo para fabricar painéis (9) para as estruturas aeronáuticas com membros de enrijecimento em forma de U (13) e membros de enrijecimento em forma de 1 (17) entre as suas almas, que compreende as seguintes etapas: prover um laminado para formar o revestimento (11) sobre a ferramenta de cura (31); prover laminados planos (23) para formar os membros de enrijecimento (13, 17); formar os membros de enrijecimento em forma de U (13) sobre ferramentas de formação individuais (33) e colocar os elementos de enrijecimento em forma de 1 (17) dentro das ditas ferramentas; agrupar as ditas ferramentas de formação individuais (33) juntas sobre uma ferramenta de montagem (41); colocar o conjunto de membros de enrijecimento (13, 17) sobre o revestimento (11); colocar uma bolsa de vácuo (55) sobre o conjunto com o auxílio de perfis (59); consolidar o dito conjunto por meio de um processo de cura sob condições de pressão e de temperatura adequadas utilizando ferramentas externas (60) para assegurar a verticalidade das almas dos membros de enrijecimento (13,17).
