Abstract

"FERRAMENTA DE CORTE". A presente invenção tem como objetivo melhorar as propriedades de utilização de uma ferramenta de corte para madeira. De acordo com a invenção a ferramenta de corte é caracterizada por uma tenacidade de material maior do que 100J medida no sentido longitudinal em forma de trabalho de choque AV (SBP) de acordo com a folha de provas-ferro-aço (SEP) 1314; com uma dureza de material maior do que 60 HRC e com resistência à corrosão mais elevada assim como a resistência ao desgaste do mesmo, constituído por uma liga com uma composição química expressa em % em peso e com a seguinte constituição: C = 0,7 a 0,9 Mo = 1,4 a 1,8 Si = <243> 0,8 Ni = <0,4 Mn = 0,35 a 0,45 V = 0,5 a 0,7 S = <0,005 W = <0,3 Cr = 7,5 a 8,5 AI = 0,003 a 1,0 Fe = restante e impurezas condicionadas à fabricação, onde o material da ferramenta de corte é tratado termicamente e apresenta um conteúdo global de carbureto maior do que 3% em volume, do qual pelo menos 0,35% em volume é desenvolvido em forma de monocarbureto sendo a matriz constituída por Martensita recozida.
