O PROCESSO PARA FORMULAçõES DE INIBIDORES DA ENZIMA CONVERSORA DE ANGIOTENSINA E PRODUTO visa a obtenção de sistema de liberação modificada de um inibidor da Enzima Conversora de Angiotensina - ECA, preferencialmente o Captopril, a partir de sua inclusão molecular nas ciclodextrinas naturais, preferencialmente a <225>-ciclodextrina, e/ou seus alquil e acil derivados, utilizando-se meio aquoso e/ou de solventes orgânicos. O produto, assim obtido, tem diminuída a solubilidade e a instabilidade química do princípio ativo, melhorando os resultados da ação terapêutica.The PROCESS FOR FORMULATION OF ANGIOTENSIN AND PRODUCT CONVERTER ENZYMER INHIBITORS aims to obtain a modified release system of an Angiotensin Converting Enzyme - ACE inhibitor, preferably Captopril, from its molecular inclusion in natural cyclodextrins, preferably <225 > -cyclodextrin, and / or its alkyl and acyl derivatives, using aqueous medium and / or organic solvents.
