Abstract

COMPOSIçãO PARA PREPARO DE ESPUMA A BASE DE POLIURETANO BIODEGRADáVEL E ESPUMA DE POLIURETANO BIODEGRADáVEL, compreendendo misturas baseadas no polímero poli (hidroxibutirato), polióis de fonte renovável, isocianatos e aditivos, com objetivo de preparar espumas biodegradáveis de poliuretano. No processo o poli (hidroxibutirato) mais o poliol, o isocianato e os aditivos são previamente misturados em misturador específico; uma vez conseguida homogeneidade, verte-se a mistura em molde para crescimento. Após cura, o produto resultante apresenta características de espuma, com densidade, rigidez e tamanho de células variando de acordo com a proporção dos reagentes e permitindo a manufatura de produtos variados.
