Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO E SISTEMA PARA COMUNICAçãO E JOGOS INFANTIS". Constituído por um módulo eletrónico (1) com uma capa (2) lembrando um animal estilizado e dando acesso ao visor (3) e a um conjunto reduzido de teclas (4), cada qual identificada por uma cor distinta, e tendo um novo programa de computador ('software') que implementa um sistema único e integrado com funções de telefone celular, jogos eletrónicos para crianças e instrumento pedagógico, incorporando e tratando um conjunto de imagens estilizadas do mesmo animal representado na capa do aparelho como 'animal residente' e protagonista de todos os jogos, a ser tratado como um animal de estimação virtual e que afeta o humor e a disposição física do mesmo e expressa este estado através da imagem na tela, e apresenta ícones coloridos na tela (6,8,1 1), relacionados às funções atribuídas às teclas da cor correspondente (7,10,12), e possuindo 'software' que reconhece e processa comandos recebidos via mecanismo SMS ('Short Message'), no formato de três campos, sendo que, como medida de segurança, exige um comando de senha válida para aceitar qualquer outro comando, tanto comandos individuais ou uma seqüência de comandos encadeados em uma mesma mensagem do tipo SMS, que implementa uma agenda telefónica pictórica com números de telefone referenciados a fotografias (17) das pessoas correspondentes, que permite trocar informações automaticamente com outro aparelho semelhante, que identifica o tipo de 'animal residente' do mesmo e adiciona a imagem estilizada deste animal (21) à foto na agenda (19), que permite alterar o humor e a disposição física do 'animal residente', que implementa uma agenda pictórica de jogos através da qual a criança pode selecionar (25) o jogo desejado (23,24), que insere o 'animal residente' em cada jogo como protagonista ou personagem principal, e que altera o desempenho do animal residente dentro do jogo de acordo com seu humor e disposição física.
