Abstract

SISTEMA DE VEDAçãO PARA EMBALAGEM, idealizado a fim de evitar indesejáveis vazamentos e possibilitar obter uma embalagem diferenciada, de designer arrojado, sem que isto afete na performance da vedação, caracterizado por ser constituído por uma embalagem elaborada em material plástico, do tipo roll-on(1), sendo esta é dotada de uma secção superior(2), em formato semi-esférico(3), para o acople interno da esfera(4), e secção inferior(5) que compõe o corpo que acondicionará o produto envasado, cuja forma fica a critério do fabricante, sendo que na parte interna, entre estas duas secções(2 e 5), é conformada uma membrana de formato circular(6), durante o próprio processo de produção do frasco(seja por sopro,"Injection blow", sopro + injeção, sopro + compressão ou injeção), exatamente na posição de encontro com a esfera(4) que pela sua flexibilidade se acomoda na superfície esférica, compensando suas deformações e garantindo a estanqueidade do sistema.
