Abstract

"FORNO DE COZINHAR E MéTODO DE OPERAR UM FORNO DE COZINHAR". A presente invenção refere-se a um forno de cozinhar (10) e método de uso que incluem uma carcaça (15) que define um câmara de cozinhar (30) com uma superfície de cozinhar (20) que se estende através da mesma. Uma pluralidade de chapas emissoras radiantes (50) está disposta ao longo de uma superfície interna da carcaça (15), de preferência em tiras ou formações, e dirigida para a superfície de cozinhar (20). Cada tira ou formação de chapas emissoras radiantes (50) pode ser controlável independentemente entre si. Além disto, a distância entre a pluralidade de chapas emissoras radiantes (50) e a superfície de cozinhar (20) pode ser ajustável.
