Abstract
PROCESSO DE HIDROCRAQUEAMENTO DE óLEO PESADO DE PETRóLEO. A presente invenção proporciona um processo de hidrocraqueamento de um óleo pesado de petróleo contendo um metal pesado, em que o hidrocraqueamento é realizado em um reator de leito suspenso com um catalisador á base de ferro, cujo processo permite a remoção seletiva de TI sem adição de um solvente leve. Neste processo: (1) o produto de reação do reator é dividido em um separador gás-líquido de alta pressão em uma corrente de fase gasosa e uma corrente de fase líquida, sob uma pressão que é a mesma do reator, a uma temperatura na faixa de 200<198>c a 350<198>c; (2) a corrente de fase líquida obtida é dividida em um separador gás-líquido de baixa pressão em uma corrente de fase gasosa e uma corrente de fase líquida, sob uma pressão na faixa da pressão normal a 1 MPaG, a uma temperatura na faixa de 190<198>c a 340<198>c; (3) a corrente de fase líquida obtida é suprida a um separador sólido-líquido de um tipo de decantação por gravidade, de modo a decantar sob uma pressão na faixa da pressão normal a 1 MPaG, numa faixa de temperatura de 190<198>c a 340<198>c, em que uma camada superior no separador é retirada, enquanto uma camada inferior contendo o componente sólido e o componente de óleo é também retirada do separador; e (4) uma porção ou toda a camada superior obtida é reciclada ao reator de leito suspenso.HYDROCRACKING PROCESS OF HEAVY OIL OIL.
