Abstract

"RECIPIENTE DE REAGENTE, REAçãO DE LáMINA, BANDEJA DE RETENçãO, E MéTODO DE OPERAçãO". A presente invenção refere-se a uma bandeja de retenção de amostra, ou lâmina, inclui um reservatório de reagente, ou recesso, e uma câmara de reação. Uma lâmina, ou outro recipiente de amostra, pode ser posicionado na bandeja de retenção de amostra como desejado, com um espécime de tecido voltado para baixo, entre um prato de prensa na bandeja e a lâmina. Um reagente do reservatório é tornado fluível, tal como por aquecimento, e flui do reservatório para dentro da câmara de reação. Opcionalmente, reagentes ou outros fluidos podem ser fornecidos a partir de cima, gotejando em uma superfície de gotejamento da bandeja de retenção de amostra, ou abaixo por meio de um orifício de entrada no prato de prensa.
