Abstract

"ARTIGO DE LAMINADO INTEGRADO à PELìCULA PROJETADO PARA O INTERIOR DE VEìCULOS, MéTODO PARA FABRICAçãO DE UMA RESINA DE POLIURETANO NãO-ESPUMANTE E MéTODO PARA FABRICAçãO DE UM LAMINADO INTEGRADO à PELìCULA, UTILIZANDO TAL RESINA". A presente invenção refere-se a um laminado integrado à películas e seus usos como artigos para o interior de veículos, nos quais os laminados possuem sensação confortável ao toque e possuem uma alta qualidade de aparência externa. A invenção também se refere a um método de fabricação dessas resinas de poliuretano não-espumantes para uso como películas de revestimento projetadas em artigos para o interior de veículos e a um método para fabricação de um laminado integrado à película a partir dessas resinas de poliuretano não-espumante, com ambos os métodos possuindo produtividade aumentada e custo mais baixo, e sem qualquer influência adversa ao ambiente de trabalho. A resina de poliuretano não-espumante forma uma superfície de película projetada por um processo de reação por injeção em molde, no qual são reagidos uma mistura (1) de poliol de (1) um poliol, (2) um extensor de cadeia, que é o 1 - metil - 3,5 - dietil - 2,4 - diaminobenzeno e/ou o 1 - metil - 3,5 - dietil - 2,6 - diaminobenzeno, (3) um catalisador e (4) opcionalmente, um agente auxiliar, e (II) um composto de poliisocianato. A dureza da superfície da resina de poliuretano não-espumante, tal como medida por um medidor de dureza Asker A, é de 30 a 70.
