A presente invenção refere-se a uma cápsula de fechamento (3) comportando uma parte de base (5) provida de pelo menos um orifício de distribuição (6), a fixar sobre um corpo do recipiente (2), uma tampa (7) pivotante em relação à parte de base e um elemento (8) de comando de abertura da tampa, cápsula na qual o elemento de comando de abertura (8) comporta uma saia (40) contornando uma porção pelo menos da parte de base e ligada a esta última por pelo menos um elemento de ligação elasticamente deformável.
