Abstract

MONTAGEM DIFERENCIAL COM JANELA DE MONTAGEM SEMI-ELìPTICA. Um invólucro diferencial é proporcionado incluindo pelo menos uma janela de montagem formada no mesmo para provê acesso a uma câmara interior do invólucro diferencial. A janela de montagem no invólucro diferencial é definida por um segmento semi-elíptico tendo extremidades interconectadas por um par de porções de borda elongado do invólucro diferencial. Um par de porções de borda elongado é interconectado por um segmento curvado. A janela de montagem tem uma dimensão ligeiramente maior que o diâmetro externo de uma engrenagem lateral de modo a permitir entrada angulada das engrenagens laterais na câmara e subseqüente alinhamento em relação ao eixo longitudinal. A janela de montagem é ainda formatada para permitir entrada das engrenagens de pinhão na câmara e subseqüente alinhamento em relação a um outro eixo longitudinal.
