Abstract
APERFEIçOAMENTO INTRODUZIDO EM MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR MANTAS DE FIBROCIMENTO COM GRADAçãO FUNCIONAL EMPREGADAS NA FABRICAçãO DE TELHAS E ARTIGOS CONGêNERES, TELHAS E ARTIGOS CONGêNERES PRODUZIDOS COM MANTAS DE FIBROCIMENTO COM GRADAçãO FUNCIONAL E EQUIPAMENTO APERFEIçOADO PARA PRODUZIR MANTAS DE FIBROCIMENTO COM GRADAçãO FUNCIONAL EMPREGADAS NA FABRICAçãO DE TELHAS E ARTIGOS CONGêNERES, sendo que o método em questão parte do Método Hatschek e compreende: uma primeira etapa onde ocorre a mistura dos materiais que irão formar o produto final (cimento, aditivos e água) gerando assim uma suspensão de tais materiais; uma segunda etapa onde a suspensão é distribuída em recipientes ("tamises"); uma terceira etapa onde, por impregnação, a suspensão é transferida por rolos presentes em cada "tamise" para um meio temporário de suporte definido como uma esteira de feltro; uma quarta etapa onde é aplicado vácuo ao material que está impregnado à esteira; uma quinta etapa onde ocorre a transferência do material impregnado na esteira para a superfície de uma prensa cilíndrica onde as sucessivas camadas de material são formadas através do giro controlado da prensa cilíndrica e da esteira de feltro, sendo o método em questão caracterizado pelo fato de prever uma sexta etapa que ocorre de forma simultânea com a quinta etapa, onde a manta de fibrocimento (F) formada é recebe a aplicação de material de reforço (MR) distribuído de forma ordenada e controlada; uma sétima etapa onde a manta de fibrocimento (F) já incorporando o material de reforço (MR) é cortada após atingir a espessura desejada, sendo então retirada da prensa cilíndrica; uma oitava etapa onde a manta de fibrocimento (F) devidamente complementada com material de reforço (MR) é submetida a uma estação de corte; e uma oitava etapa onde a manta de fibrocimento (F) já cortada é submetida a uma estação onde a mesma é ondulada obedecendo uma condição de posicionamento que faça coincidir as regiões que contam com material de reforço (MR) com as regiões (que estando o produto pronto e acabado), estão sujeitas a esforços de tração.Improvement to a method for producing fiber cement MANTAS gradation FUNCTIONAL EMPLOYED IN TILES MANUFACTURING and related ARTICLES, TILES and similar ITEMS PRODUCED WITH fiber cement MANTAS Gradient FUNCTIONAL AND IMPROVED EQUIPMENT TO PRODUCE fiber cement MANTAS gradation FUNCTIONAL EMPLOYED IN TILES MANUFACTURING AND RELATED ARTICLES, the method in question being part of the Hatschek Method and comprising: a first step where mixing of the materials that will form the final product (cement, additives and water) occurs thus generating a suspension of such materials; a second step where the suspension is dispensed into sieves; a third step where, by impregnation, the suspension is transferred by rollers present in each sieve to a temporary support medium defined as a felt mat; a fourth step where vacuum is applied to the material that is impregnated with the belt; a fifth step where transfer of the impregnated material on the belt occurs to the surface of a cylindrical press where successive layers of material are formed by the controlled rotation of the cylindrical press and the felt mat, the method being characterized by the fact that it provides a sixth step that occurs simultaneously with the fifth step, where the formed fiber cement mat (F) is received the application of reinforced material (MR) distributed in an orderly and controlled manner; a seventh step where the fiber cement mat (F) already incorporating the reinforcement material (MR) is cut after reaching the desired thickness and then removed from the cylindrical press; an eighth step where the fiber cement mat (F) properly complemented with reinforcing material (MR) is subjected to a shearing station; and an eighth step in which the already cut fiber-cement blanket (F) is subjected to a station where it is undulated obeying a positioning condition that coincides with the regions containing reinforcement material (MR) with the regions (where the finished product), are subject to tensile stresses.
