Abstract

"MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DE FORROS DE CARDAS DE DENTES DE SERRA E FORROS DE CARDAS TOTALMENTE DE AçO, DISPOSITIVO PARA REALIZAR O MéTODO E FIO DE DENTES DE SERRA". Em método de fabricação de forros de cardas de dentes de serra e forros de cardas totalmente metálicos para o processamento de fibras têxteis em processo de cardagem, é produzido um fio de dentes de serra por meio da geração de dentes sobre um fio padrão seqüencialmente um atrás do outro em direção longitudinal do fio padrão, em que os dentes estendem-se transversalmente à direção longitudinal, para longe de uma área base.
