Construído para permitir que uma boneca 'mostre a língua', para que possa receber, através de um conta-gotas (16), o 'remédio', 'ministrado' pela criança, dito dispositivo formado por uma caixa (1) blindada, contendo, em cada uma de suas laterais, dois eixos (7) incorporando cada um, um terminal deslizante (8) correspondente, cujas paredes (9) formam inclinação com as paredes laterais (11) de uma base móvel central (10) acoplando uma peça (14) em forma de língua. Dito dispositivo, após inserido na boca da boneca (BO), permitirá à criança que, pressionando as bochechas (B) flexíveis do brinquedo (BO), os eixos (7) movimentem os terminais deslizantes (8) que forçam a base móvel central (10), empurrando-a para a frente, de modo a estender a língua para fora a da boca da boneca (BO). A peça (14) é revestida por tinta especial de modo que, ao receber água gelada pingada do conta-gotas (16), mudará sua coloração.
