Abstract

"CONJUNTO DE TROCADORES DE CALOR PARA VEìCULOS". Onde o conjunto compreende: - um radiador (12), compreendendo um par de tanques coletores (16, 18) paralelos entre si feitos de material plástico e um conjunto (20) de troca de calor com tubos e barbatanas com os tubos dispostos ortogonalmente em relação aos tanques coletores (16, 18); - um condensador (14), compreendendo um par de distribuidores (22, 24) tubulares paralelos entre si e um conjunto (26) de troca de calor com tubos e barbatanas com os tubos dispostos ortogonalmente em relação aos distribuidores (22, 24); - primeiras formações de engaste (28, 30, 54), obtidas de modo integrado sobre os tanques coletores (16, 18) por moldagem por injeção; e - segundas formações de engaste (44, 46, 56), formadas por flanges de metal presos no condensador (14) com solda do tipo por brazagem; estando as primeiras e as segundas formações de engaste (28, 30, 54, 44, 46, 56) cooperando entre si em um relacionamento de inserção mútua para definir uma condição de amarração com o resultado de uma movimentação relativa do condensador (14) e do radiador (12) em uma direção paralela aos tubos (50, 60).
