Abstract

"CONJUNTO DE CILINDRO PARA COMPRESSOR E MéTODO DE MONTAGEM PARA O MESMO". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para montar um conjunto de cilindro para um compressor que inclui um bloco de cilindro que tem uma câmara de compressão definida no mesmo, um cabeçote de cilindro acoplado no bloco de cilindro para vedar a câmara de compressão, e um dispositivo de válvula interposto entre o bloco de cilindro e o cabeçote de cilindro, o método incluindo: suportar o bloco de cilindro sobre um gabarito de montagem, alinhar o dispositivo de válvula e o cabeçote de cilindro com o bloco de cilindro prendendo os pinos de guia através de furos de guia de válvula perfurados através do dispositivo de válvula e de rebaixos de guia de cabeçote formados em uma superfície do cabeçote de cilindro ser acoplado no dispositivo de válvula, fixar o conjunto de cilindro de modo que o bloco de cilindro, o dispositivo de válvula, e o cabeçote de cilindro não se separem, e remover o gabarito de montagem do conjunto de cilindro.
