Abstract

PROCESSO PARA OBTENçãO DE MASSA PARA CONSTRUçãO CIVIL, A PARTIR DE PNEUS INSERVìVEIS E DESCARTADOS, E PRODUTO OBTIDO. Compreende a presente patente de invenção um processo inovador que destaca como principal vantagem a reciclagem de pneus inservíveis descartados e resíduos de borrachas em geral e rejeitos de pedreiras e das indústrias de beneficiamento de pedras em geral, que atualmente são jogados na natureza de forma agressiva ao meio ambiente, tomando-se também uma ameaça à saúde humana. Seu produto, obtido através do recolhimento, corte, ralagem, moagem e trituração a frio, apresenta como outras vantagens: o aumento da resistência mecânica, à tração, impacto, dilatação, e esforços em geral, oferecendo, assim, maior flexibilidade, facilidade de moldagem, redução de peso em até 60% (dependendo da finalidade e do percentual de borracha de pneu utilizado no traço da massa), menor custo de produção, melhoria no acabamento final e maior facilidade de manuseio na fabricação de pré-moldados de concreto em geral ou assentamento de tijolos, pisos e revestimentos e impermeabilizações, entre outras aplicações e benefícios.
