Abstract

TERMINAL IDC COM CONFIGURAçãO FECHADA Descreve-se um conjunto de terminal e alojamento para estabelecimento de contato elétrico entre um cabo multifilar e um fio magnético que faz uso do conceito de conectores para deslocamento do isolamento (IDC), em que o terminal (11, 25) possui orifícios (12, 26) e canais fechados (13, 27) para recebimento do cabo multifilar (23, 36) e aberturas (14, 28) para recebimento do fio magnético (24, 37) ligadas a fendas estreitas (15, 29) . O alojamento (18, 31) possui orifícios atravessantes (20, 21, 32, 34) para inserção do cabo multifilar (23, 36) e do fio magnético (24, 37), além de uma abertura (19, 35) para recebimento do terminal. A inserção do terminal no alojamento faz com que a pressão exercida sobre o cabo multifilar e o fio magnético torce a entrada dos mesmos nos canais estreitos, fazendo com que a camada de isolamento seja retirada, provocando o contato elétrico entre o cabo multifilar e o terminal, entre o fio magnético e o terminal e, consequentemente, entre o cabo multifilar e o fio magnético.
