Abstract

"CONJUNTO SENSOR DE TORQUE PARA UMA MáQUINA AGRìCOLA, MáQUINA AGRìCOLA, E, MéTODOS PARA MONTAR E DESMONTAR UM CONJUNTO SENSOR DE TORQUE". Um conjunto sensor de torque compreende uma roldana fixada axialmente que possui um eixo de rotação, e uma roldana móvel axialmente que pode se mover ao longo do eixo em relação à roldana fixada axialmente. Uma mola de compressão possui uma primeira extremidade e uma segunda extremidade, a primeira extremidade sendo colocada para engatar a roldana móvel axialmente. Um mecanismo de compressão por mola de estágio duplo possui um retentor de mola que engata a segunda extremidade da mola de compressão. O mecanismo de compressão por mola de estágio duplo está ligado à roldana fixada axialmente. O mecanismo de compressão por mola de estágio duplo possui um dispositivo de compressão de primeiro estágio que comprime a mola de compressão de uma primeira quantidade de pré-carga, e um dispositivo de compressão de segundo estágio que comprime a mola de compressão de uma segunda quantidade de pré-carga.
