Abstract
"MECANISMO DE DISPARO à BASE DE MOLA PARA APLICADOR DE ANEL ANASTOMóTICO". A presente invenção refere-se a um instrumento cirúrgico para aplicação de um dispositivo de anel anastomótico que compreende uma haste que é conectada a um mecanismo de desdobramento de anel anastomótico por um eixo alongado. O instrumento também compreende um mecanismo de acionamento que é configurado para aplicar uma força de acionamento ao mecanismo de desdobramento de anel para desdobrar o anel anastomótico. Em uma modalidade, o mecanismo de acionamento aplica uma força compressiva para desdobrar o anel anastomótico ao arrastar juntas as extremidades opostas do mecanismo de desdobramento de anel. O mecanismo de acionamento pode compreender uma mola ou outro membro flexível móvel a partir da primeira posição para a segunda posição de modo a acionar o mecanismo de desdobramento de anel. Um mecanismo é operável para manter a mola na primeira posição, e ainda permitir que a mola mova para a segunda posição em resposta à informação fornecida pelo usuário. O mecanismo é operável para deslocar a mola.
