Abstract

"PNEU COM BANDA DE RODAGEM COM CONSTRUçãO CABEçA/SEMIBASE". A presente invenção refere-se a um pneu inflável que compreende uma banda de rodagem compósita disposta radialmente ao redor de uma carcaça de pneu; a banda de rodagem compósita compreendendo uma parte de semibase unitária co-extrudada com pelo menos uma parte da cabeça; a parte da semibase unitária, em sua extensão radialmente mais interna cingindo axialmente a banda de rodagem compósita; a parte da semibase unitária compreendendo pelo menos uma zona que não fica em contato com o piso, e pelo menos uma zona que fica em contato com o piso, estendendo-se sobre uma distância entre cerca de 20 e cerca de 80 por cento da extensão axial da banda de rodagem; a pelo menos uma parte da cabeça ficando em contato com o piso e sobrepondo-se a pelo menos uma zona da parte da semibase unitária que não fica em contato com a piso.
