Abstract
PROCESSO DE FUSãO DE POLìMERO ACRìLICO E MODACRìLICO, POLìMERO ACRìLICO E MODACRìLICO, COMPOSIçãO DE POLìMERO ACRìLICO E MODACRìLICO, E USO DO POLìMERO ACRìLICO E MODACRìLICO O processo de fusão de polímeros derivados da acrilonitrila, homo ou copolimerizada com diferentes tipos de monómeros é realizado em um meio não solvente destes polímeros, caracterizado principalmente por alta polaridade e alto ponto de ebulição, como os glicóis e suas misturas, Os glicóis impedem ou retardam a ciclização do nitrogênio nitrílico dos polímeros fazendo com que a fusão ocorra. Após a fusão o polímero é transferido para uma extrusora e pode ser conformado em filamentos e qualquer outro tipo de objeto desejado, tais como tubos, tarugos e placas.ACRYLIC AND MODACRYLIC POLYMER FUSION PROCESS, ACRYLIC AND MODACRYLIC POLYMER, ACRYLIC AND MODACRYLIC POLYMER COMPOSITION, AND USE OF ACRYLIC AND MODACRYLIC POLYMER BY DIFFERENTLY COPIED POLYMER, Non-solvent medium of these polymers, characterized mainly by high polarity and high boiling point, such as glycols and their mixtures. Glycols prevent or retard the cyclization of nitrile nitrogen from the polymers causing fusion to occur. After melting the polymer is transferred to an extruder and can be formed into filaments and any other desired object such as pipes, dowels and plates.
