Abstract

"ROLAMENTO DE FILME DE óLEO COM MONTAGEM HIDRáULICA COMPACTA". A presente invenção refere-se a um rolamento de filme de óleo para um rolo de moinho de rolagem que tem um pescoço cónico que leva a uma seção de extremidade de diâmetro reduzido. O rolamento compreende uma luva internamente cónica recebida em uma posição assentada sobre o pescoço de rolo cónico. A luva é articulada para rotação dentro de uma bucha fixa dentro de um conjunto de calço. Um pistão tubular é recebido sobre e fixo em relação à seção de extremidade de diâmetro reduzido do rolo. Um cilindro é internamente subdividido pelo pistão em uma primeira e uma segunda câmaras. Um anel de luva toca uma extremidade da luva e um componente de apoio circular é interposto entre e disposto para sobrepor os segmentos adjacentes do anel de luva e do pistão. Uma ou a outra da primeira e da segunda câmaras pode ser pressurizada, por meio de que a pressurização da primeira câmara fará com que o cilindro avance axialmente e atue através do componente de apoio e do anel de luva para forçar a luva para a sua posição assentada, e a pressurização da segunda câmara fará com que o cilindro retraia axialmente e atue através do conjunto de calço e da bucha para recuar a luva de sua posição assentada.
