Abstract

"FILMES REFLETIVOS DE LIGA DE PRATA (AG) PARA MEIOS DE REGISTRO DE INFORMAçãO óTICA, ALVO DE CREPITAçãO DE LIGA DE PRATA (AG) E MEIOS DE REGISTRO DE INFORMAçãO óTICA". A presente invenção refere-se a um filme refletivo de liga de prata, o qual é utilizado em um meio de registro de informação ótica e contém prata como componente principal, e ainda um total de 1 a 10% atómico de pelo menos um elemento de terra rara, um total de 1 a 15% atómico de pelo menos um elemento selecionado do grupo que consiste de In, Sn, Al e Mg, em que o teor total do dito pelo menos um elemento de terra rara e do dito pelo menos um elemento selecionado do grupo que consiste de In, Sn, Al e Mg é de 5% atómico ou mais. O filme refletivo de liga de prata preferencialmente contém ainda de 0,01 a 3% atómico de pelo menos um elemento selecionado de Bi e Sb. Um alvo de crepitação de liga de prata apresenta a mesma composição do filme refletivo de liga de prata.
