Abstract

PROCESSO PARA GASEIFICAçãO ENDOTéRMICA DE CARBONO. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para gaseificação endotérmica de carbono sólido em fluxo aéreo com gás quente da oxidação parcial de uma combinação de processo, consistindo nas etapas de processo de oxidação parcial de combustível e gaseificação endotérmica de carbono sólido, que opcionalmente é de tal modo instalado anteriormente a uma combustão incompleta que o gás da combustão incompleta da oxidação parcial e o coque da oxidação imcompleta da gaseificação endotérmica são alimentados, sendo que o gás quente de acordo com a invenção, que flui para trás da câmara de combustão é desviado, com separação das escórias líquidas, e a etapa do processo de gaseificação de carbono sólido, que trabalha com fluxo gasoso ascendente, com adição de carbono sólido, de preferência coque de carbono com um diâmetro de grão de até 20 mm é alimentado a um processo interno de combustão imcompleta, sendo que a velocidade do gás na alimentação de carbono situa-se acima e ao final da etapa de processo de gaseificação endotérmica abaixo da velocidade de suspensão das partículas reativas de carbono.
