Abstract
PROCEDIMENTO E APARELHO PARA FABRICAR POR SOBREINJEçãO UM ELEMENTO DE UNIãO E TRANSMISSãO DE ESFORçOS Um elemento de união e transmissão de esforços para mecanismos de veículos automotivos, aparelhos e procedimento de fabricação por sobreinjeção do elemento de união. O elemento de união tem uma porção central (1) e uma primeira porção de extremidade (2). A porção central (1) é de um material que proporciona resistência mecãnica e tem forma de barra, que tem uma primeira extremidade e uma segunda extremidade. a primeira porção de extremidade (2) é de um material plástico sobreinjetado na primeira extremidade, de forma que a porção central (1) e a primeira porção de extremidade (2) formem um elemento de união inteiriço. O aparelho tem: dispositivos de contenção (100) para a definição de uma cavidade (110) entre a superfície a ser sobreinjetada e os dispositivos de contenção (100); dispositivos de entrada (200) e de saída (300) nos dispositivos de contenção (100), para que o produto de sobreinjeção seja introduzido e extraído da cavidade (110).
