Abstract

SISTEMA DE DESMOLDAGEM AUTOMáTICO. Um sistema de desmoldagem automático para módulos (7) de moldagem localizado em uma ferramenta de cura (12), que compreende: um robó programável (1) que compreende um braço articulado (1<a>) com uma extremidade livre, meios de acionamento (13, 14) para conferirem um movimento giratório horizontal e um movimento de inclinação vertical ao braço articulado (1<a>), e um cabeçote (2) localizado na extremidade livre do braço articulado (1<a>) com pelo menos um chumaço de sucção a vácuo (11) capaz de aderir por si mesmo a uma superfície (16, 17) de um objeto; um sistema de vazio (15) destinado a gerar um vácuo; meios de referência (3) para referenciarem uma posição vertical e horizontal de cada objeto (6, 7); e meios de controle programáveis (18) que comandam os ditos meios de acionamento (13, 14) de forma que o braço articulado (1<a>) pode posicionar o chumaço de sucção (11) nessa superfície (16, 17) do objeto (6, 7) em uma posição inicial e transportar o mesmo para uma posição final.
