Abstract

"APARELHO POR INFUSãO PARA PREPARAçãO DE ESPUMA, ESPUMAçãO OU CREMA SOB BAIXA PRESSãO". A presente invenção pertence a um aparelho de filtro de preparação por infusão capaz de preparar espuma, espumação ou crema, particularmente para bebidas de café, sob baixa pressão. O aparelho pode operar a pressões abaixo de 15 bars e tão baixo quanto 1-3 bars. O aparelho compreende uma tampa de tela, filtro grosso, filtro fino, anel de vedação grande, recipiente de café, anel de vedação pequeno, e um fazedor de espumas tendo dois buracos opostos. Os buracos têm um diâmetro na faixa de 0,3 a 1 mm. A crema é criada pelo contato, de forma turbulenta, dos dois jatos opostos de café, que e entram no fazedor de espumas através de dois buracos opostos. Para aumentar mais a agitação e a área da superfície para contato, uma tela de fios de aço inoxidável pode ser posicionada no centro do fazedor de espumas, diretamente na trajetória, e entre, dos jatos opostos do café para facilitar a formação de mais crema.
