Abstract

CILINDRO DE AQUECIMENTO OCO, E, SISTEMA DE MOLDAGEM POR INJEçãO A invenção refere-se a um cilindro de aquecimento oco para fixação em um bocal de injeção pra uma instalação de moldagem por injeção. Um cartucho de aquecimento alongado é helicoidalmente enrolado sobre o lado externo do cilindro. O cartucho de aquecimento contém dois condutores de calor eletricamente aquecíveis, que são eletricamente separados um do outro e são dispostos em diferentes regiões na direção longitudinal do cartucho de aquecimento. Um condutor de calor é posicionado para o aquecimento da região de embocadura do bocal e o outro condutor de calor é posicionado para o aquecimento da região de haste do bocal.
