Abstract

SISTEMA DE CONTROLE DE PROCESSO POR MEIO DA VARIAçãO AUTOMáTICA DE ROTAçãO DE BOMBA CENTRIFUGA ASSOCIADA AO POSICIONAMENTO DE VáLVULA DE CONTROLE A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de controle de processo por meio da variação automática de rotação de bomba centrífuga associada ao posicionamento de válvula de controle, aplicado a sistemas de bombeio que se utilizam de bombas centrífugas. O controle de rotação é utilizado, em conjunto com uma válvula controle, para corrigir as variações do ponto de operação da bomba para que esta opere na região do melhor rendimento possível. O sistema de controle de processo por meio da variação automática de rotação de bomba centrífuga associada ao posicionamento de válvula de controle pode ser aplicado a instalações industriais novas (projetos) ou em instalações industriais já em operação, que utilizem válvulas de controle com a implementação de pequenas modificações. Entre algumas vantagens da utilização do sistema de controle de processo por meio da variação automática de rotação de bomba centrífuga associada ao posicionamento de válvula de controle podem ser citadas: o aumento de confiabilidade do sistema de bombeio como um todo, em especial da bomba centrífuga, o aumento do tempo entre paradas para reparo das bombas centrífugas, com conseqüente redução do gasto de mão-de-obra e de estoques de sobressalentes; a redução do consumo de energia e a redução da emissão de ruído.Process Control System by Automatic Centrifugal Pump Rotation Variation Associated with Control Valve Positioning The present invention relates to a process control system by the automatic variation of centrifugal pump rotation associated with valve positioning. applied to pumping systems using centrifugal pumps.
