Essa embreagem compreende pelo menos um amortecedor (A1, A2) que compreende duas arruelas de guia (16a, 16B, 34A, 34B), solidárias em rotação entre si, uma placa (24, 42) coaxial às arruelas de guia (16A, 16B, 34A, 34B) e móvel em rotação em relação às arruelas de guia (16A, 16B, 34A, 34B), e meios de amortecimento (25b, 43b) de ativação condicional, ativados de acordo com a deflexão angular entre as arruelas de guia (16A, 16B, 34A, 34B) e a placa (24, 42), que compreendem meios de atrito de ativação condicional. Os meios de atrito de ativação condicional de um primeiro amortecedor (A1) compreendem uma primeira (78) e uma segunda (80) arruelas de atrito dispostas de um lado e de outro da placa (24) do primeiro amortecedor (A1), e meios (78A) de escoramento axial das primeira (78) e segunda (80) arruelas de atrito.
