Abstract

"MéTODO PARA PROTEGER O REVESTIMENTO INTERNO DE PNEUS USANDO UM FILME TERMOFORMáVEL REVESTIDO COM UM ADESIVO SENSìVEL à PRESSãO". A invenção fornece um método para proteger uma superfície virgem 28 de um revestimento interno 16 de pneu contra contaminação por um agente desmoldante durante a cura. Um filme termoformável 18 revestido com adesivo sensível a pressão (PSA) é prensado sobre uma superfície virgem exposta 28 de um revestimento interno verde 16 de pneu, para aderir o PSA 22 à superfície virgem 28, e desta forma, formar um revestimento interno verde protegido 16. O PSA baseia-se em uma borracha que é compatível com a borracha do revestimento interno 16 do pneu. O revestimento interno verde protegido 16 é então exposto ao agente desmoldante, e curado. Em virtude do PSA 22, o filme 20 permanece confiavelmente em posição. O filme termoformável 20 é então removido para descobrir a superfície virgem curada 28 substancialmente isenta do agente desmoldante.
