Abstract

"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA A MUDANçA DE CORES DE UMA MATRIZ DE CáMARA QUENTE DE MOLDAGEM POR INJEçãO". A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho para a mudança de cor de uma matriz de câmara quente de moldagem por injeção simples em construção e facilmente capaz de mudar as cores para a moldagem de produtos sem remover e substituir uma câmara quente. No aparelho para a mudança de cores de uma matriz de câmara quente de moldagem por injeção tendo uma passagem para o suprimento de uma resina fundida em uma matriz de moldagem (4), um bloco de câmara quente do tipo dividido (3) é provido com câmaras quentes (1, 2), cada qual para o uso exclusivo de cada uma das cores de moldagem, espigas (11 a, 12a), e bocais (11 b, 11c, 12b, 12c) que se encontram em comunicação com as câmaras quentes (1,2). Um meio móvel (5) é provido para movimentar a matriz de moldagem (4), a qual é unida ao bloco de câmara quente do tipo dividido (3), juntamente com o bloco de câmara quente do tipo dividido (3). Um meio de posicionamento (7) é adaptado de modo a colocar a matriz de moldagem (4) em posição em um estado no qual ambas as espigas (11 a, 12a) do bloco de câmara quente do tipo dividido (3) se movimentam pela ação do meio móvel (5) para uma posição oposta a um bocal de injeção (6) para injetar a resina fundida.
