Abstract

"MéTODO PARA EXECUTAR TRABALHOS DE MANUTENçãO E INSPEçãO EM UMA INSTALAçãO DE ELEVADOR". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para executar trabalhos de manutenção e inspeção em uma instalação de elevador com uma cabine do elevador (1) onde um teto da cabine abaixável (2) serve como plataforma de manutenção, abrange pelo menos os seguintes etapas do método: - posicionar a cabine do elevador (1) em um piso do andar (23) selecionado e abrir as portas do elevador (24, 26), - abaixar o teto da cabine (2) na cabine do elevador (1) até um nível de trabalho, - o técnico de manutenção sobe com a ajuda de uma escada extensível (22) do piso do andar (23) selecionado através das portas do elevador abertas (24, 26) para o teto da cabine abaixável (2), - as portas do elevador (24, 26) são fechadas, e - a cabine do elevador (1) é deslocada para as posições de manutenção.
