Abstract

MéTODO E APARELHO PARA REALIZAR ENDOSCOPICAMENTE UMA CIRURGIA E REDUçãO GáSTRICA EM UMA úNICA ETAPA. A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho de redução gástrica endoscópico que é adaptado para a aplicação de uma serie de ataduras às paredes gástricas anterior e posterior, para a criação de uma sutura de costura de colchão dentro do estómago; o aparelho inclui um corpo aplicador dotato de uma extremidade distal e de uma extremidade proximal. O aplicador é fixado à extremidade distal de um eixo de suporte formado e dimensionado para passagem pelo esófago e para dentro do estómago. O aplicador inclui um corpo aplicador dotado de uma fenda de sucção formada e dimensionada para receber tecido na mesma para a aplicação de pelo menos uma atadura alojada dentro da fenda de sucção, para seletivamente acoplar com o tecido succionado dentro da fenda de sucção.
