Abstract

ATUADOR DE FREIO ACIONADO A AR COM VáLVULA DE CONTROLE. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de atuador de freio acionado a ar de um veículo que compreende um atuador de freio de mola e um atuador de freio de pé, o atuador de freio de mola incluindo um alojamento vedado com uma câmara de pressão, e uma haste de atuador oca disposta no atuador de freio de mola e axialmente móvel para aplicar um freio de estacionamento, o atuador de freio de pé incluindo uma câmara de pressão de serviço para aplicar um freio de pé, no qual uma válvula de controle do sistema de atuador de freio inclui um corpo de válvula disposto dentro da haste de atuador oca, o corpo de válvula incluindo uma abertura formada no mesmo para permitir a comunicação de fluido entre câmara de mola do atuador de freio de melo e a câmara de pressão de serviço do atuador de freio de pé através da haste de atuador oca, a válvula de controle incluindo uma membrana formada de um material elástico e apresentando um orifício de passagem de ar formado através da mesma, a membrana posicionada dentro da abertura do corpo de válvula e configurada para vedar a abertura, exceto o orifício de passagem de ar, quando a membrana não for submetida a uma pressão de fluido além de um nível limite.
