Abstract

ACOPLADOR RáPIDO Um acoplador rápido tem uma armação com um gancho, e uma barra de controle móvel pelo operador. O gancho tem um rebaixo para receber um pino de engate. Um mecanismo de trinco inclui um trinco, um gatilho em peça única, uma mola e um batente fixado à armação do acoplador. O trinco é pivotadamente acoplado à armação e se move para posições aberta e fechada permitindo e impedindo que o pino de engate se mova para dentro e para fora do rebaixo de gancho. O gatilho é pivotadamente acoplado apenas ao trinco e à barra de controle. O gatilho encaixa o pino de engate e move o trinco para a posição aberta. Quando o pino de engate está no rebaixo de gancho, o batente encaixa o gatilho e impede que o trinco se mova para sua posição aberta. Uma porção central do gatilho é pivotadamente acoplada a uma porção central do trinco. Uma superfície de ressalto é formada em uma extremidade inferior do trinco, e uma aba se projeta de uma extremidade do gatilho. A aba encaixa a superfície de ressalto para limitar o pivotamento do trinco para sua posição aberta quando o gatilho encaixa o batente.
